I honestly don't mean to offend you or come off rude, but this honestly could use a lot more work.

You used a whole lot of circle and line tools, and that doesn't help to many times in art. If it's your 'style', then it's fine, I honestly just don't enjoy it.

Secondly, the anatomy is rather off. Her arms and hands are too small for her body, her arms are kind of really stiff, and her abdomen is WAY too small and long for her body size.

I know that you want to improve in art, everyone does! So, I have a few tips for you:
1. Try doing practice doodles without a circle or line tool, it really helps after some time.
2. Take your time, if you haven't already! Time usually equals quality.
3. Use a reference.

With all respect due, I do enjoy the colors that you chose, and with a little more time, i'm sure you can make this look absolutely amazing!
